The area:
Marketing The Google Marketing team is responsible for marketing the company's exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a worldwide basis. Our approach is to embrace the strength of our products and pace of innovation to drive marketing programmes that are as entrepreneurial, data-driven and respectful of our users as Google itself. We have a variety of roles, including product marketing, creative services, event management, quantitative marketing and field marketing.

The role:
Product Marketing Manager, Business and Consumer Marketing Our ideal Product Marketing Manager is a flexible, hardworking, experienced senior marketeer, passionate about Google, who will coordinate, plan and execute major B2B initiatives (main priority) and for the Portugese market. You will be in charge of positioning, packaging, and promoting Google's B2B products and achieve measurable objectives. Your key responsibilities will be to educate and recruit small and medium advertisers through efficient ROI based strategies and campaigns as well as be in charge of securing a rapid adoption of B2B products and analyzing the results of the different marketing programs to optimize investments for major impact. You will work with Sales and PR to facilitate the acquisition of new advertisers and reduce barriers of existing ones, contribute to the positioning of Google Portugal in the business market, and the definition of a corporate and vertical B2B communication strategy. As a second area of responsibilities, to a smaller extend than the B2B programs, you will be responsible for supporting Google's user growth, focused on growing Google's brand and product usage in Portugal, analyzing user attitudes and behaviour; and developing programs that optimally positions the strengths of our products. You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager (Portugal and Spain) based in Madrid. You will be the '1 person-marketing team' in Portugal.

Responsibilities:
* Driving the B2B acquisition strategy to educate and recruit SME advertisers
* Launching and driving rapid adoption of B2B products and supporting the key account sales team to deliver major new advertiser deals and unlocking barriers. Supporting research and sales team to deliver insights and communicating them.
* Drive the adoption of Google's consumer products among Portugese users through online campaigns and PR, and co-marketing partnerships
* Budgeting, managing and executing ROI efficient acquisition programs

Requirements:
* BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record (MBA a plus), fluency in Portugese and English
* Extensive experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management and call centers. Experience in consulting or fast consumer goods is valuable. Experience and passion for Internet is key (Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing market)
* Experience to work with Sales team and deliver trade marketing programs including events
* Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills required and proven track records in managing ROI campaigns and measurements
* Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
